Eltham Town Centre Masterplan
A new masterplan for Eltham Town Centre was published for consultation in February 2012.
By clicking on the tabs below, you can view the draft version of the Eltham Town Centre Masterplan and read all of the comments that were received during the four-week public consultation period along with Royal Greenwich’s response to each of those submissions.
The masterplan was adopted as a Supplementary Planning Document in April 2012 and now supports the planning policies for the Royal Borough. The adopted masterplan is available to download for free at www.royalgreenwich.gov.uk/masterplans and can be viewed in hardcopy at any of the Borough’s libraries.
